Todd, you, and your crew went above and beyond to have the project completed on time and budget. You attention to detail, communication, and follow-up cannot be matched. All our questions were answered. There were no surprises. When the project was completed, the end of May, we experienced epic rain fall. Not only did our basement stay dry, but Todd came by numerous times to make sure everything was alright. Any one out there looking to get foundation repaired, you have got to call Todd. After calling for a quote, Todd scheduled a time to show up quite expediently. His quote and options for repairing 2 cracks in foundation were excellent; the cost reasonable, better than anticipated. Lorrie scheduled a date and time and sent confirmation of quote within an hour of Todd's visit. We scheduled a date and time. Wes and Clinton were right on time, polite and very efficient. They were respectful and their work was terrific. The personal and proficient service was above what I expected and their professionalism outstanding. Duct work and small places did not affect their work nor their positive attitude. I have no concerns regarding the quality of work, an extension of their company's commitment to service. Job done spring 2015. Company came to quote estimate on site. Others over the phone with higher estimates. Workers showed up on time and finished their work in a thorough and efficient manner. I am glad that I did not attempt this repair myself. After almost two solid days of spring rain with frost still in the ground I still expected some water but areas remained dry and now confident that basement finishing can proceed. I have already recommended this company to a couple of neighbors.

finishing the basement found 3 cracks behind the insulation. called this company since i was very impressed with the work they had done on a different crack i had found 4 years ago (hasn't leaked since) i again found the company very professional from the original phone call to the completion of work. all work was done at the scheduled time. Wes did the repair and he definitely knows what he is doing, i am very confident i will not see water making its way through this repair. before he left he made sure the place was cleaned up. We were in a tight bind and needed to get three very serious cracks fixed on a house we were purchasing. We had less then a week to meet the condition. The crack specialist took care of it asap, they were professional friendly and went above and beyond. Not only offering quality work and service but also taking the time to answer all my millions of questions I had as a new home owner.
