When I bought my house I knew that there was an existing crack that had been fixed previously. After some freezing rain this spring, I noticed that the crack was leaking and there was a lot of water in my basment. I called a few companies and The Crack Specialists came to my house to give me a quote. Other companies provided quotes through email and I wasn't comfortable with that. Todd came over and talked to me about the crack and explained that it had been fixed but that it had re-cracked. Jamie came to fix the crack today and was polite and professional. He did a great job and was even patient with my barking dog. :) Thanks to everyone that I dealt with at the Crack Specialists - Lorrie, Todd and Jamie!
