The Crack Specialists

I used the Crack Specialists based on a recommendation from my Realtor. The tech showed up early after calling to confirm it was ok. He was courteous, great with my dog (90lb mastiff), and explained the process in detail before starting. The job was done on time, and under the initial quote. I would highly recommend them to my friends. Time will tell if a good job was done, but from what I can see, it was done well.

Todd Martin, the owner of The Crack Specialists worked directly with us to find the right solution. He visited us several times over the course of a few months to diagnose the leak conditions performing various tests to determine how the basement was leaking and how to best fix it. He was not immediately convince that the most expensive repair was the correct solution, and only after testing and diagnosing did he arrive at the best solution.

We had two other companies provide their expertise and cost estimate for the work and The Crack Specialist's quote was the least expensive. Never was a sales pitch pushed on us by Todd.

His work crew did a very good job taking care to be very clean and thorough. Todd worked along side of his crew at the critical stages of the repair to ensure the work was completed to his high level of quality.

Top to bottom a great experience, professional and speedy service on budget as promised. Jamie, who completed the work was super friendly & helpful. He explained everything to me every step of the way. When he was done, you barely knew that he had been there which is a huge accomplishment as he had to remove drywall and insulation to access the work area. He even took the garbage with him instead of leaving it for me to dispose of.

Wes and Clinton were great to deal with.
They were very helpful to educate me on ways to prevent water seeping into the basement and efficient ways to work on them myself rather than to fork over tons of money.
Very friendly and even wore booties over their shoes to respect my carpet and flooring!

We're really happy with The Crack Specialists. We waited over a year to make sure their work held up through the next spring melt before writing a review.

We've had 2 foundation cracks repaired by them (on 2 separate occasions) and they were excellent to deal with through the entire process! The office staff and technicians are friendly and professional, the service is inexpensive (about $500 per crack), the work is effective, and it comes with a lifetime warranty. It is very reassuring to have a company like this around when you are in a stressful situation of dealing with a flooding basement!

Very please with the work that was done to repair the foundation crack. They were careful not to chew up the lawn with their machine on the way to the crack location. Soil was replaced and the grass carefully put back. I stopped in to see how things were going and the gentleman explained exactly what was being done. The work was done in a timely manner and to the given estimate. I would definitely recommend their work!

I had 4 quotes, two companies asked me to take pictures, email them, and they would generate a quote, one company came out "educated me" in alternative choices. Todd came out, explained the process for the repair, Lorrie followed up on few occasions until I was ready to have my repair done. Jamie Carey did my repair. he was on time, completed the job and gave me the overall impression of professionalism and caring.

I was very pleased with every aspect of service, from Lorie who answered my phone call. Todd who did the estimate and Wes and Clinton who did the repair. quick, efficient, clean and professional. it was just repaired so I cannot speak on the longevity of the repair, but seeing it has a lifetime transferable warranty, I will let that speak for itself. thanks All
