Wes did an excellent job! He arrived when he said he would (earlier actually - which is unheard of in the service industry), and was clean, efficient and friendly. We would definitely use them again.

Contacted them through the website. Lorrie followed up within 2 hours, Todd was here 2 days later, Jamie and Ryan dug the hole, fixed the problem very professionally 9 days later. Seriously impressed; would use them again anytime, highly recommended.

The actual repair was examined by two other contractors who both wanted to inject from the inside. This was not a crack, but rather a failure of the blocks, making up the chimney where they met the chimney. Injecting would have just expanded, and created more cracks. Crack Specialists right from the first recommended the proper fix.

I should add, they had to dig the hole by hand, gas line running right through everything. They were tidy (tarp for the dirt), dug their 3' deep hole, and had everything together and were gone in exactly 4 hours.

Terrific company. We had them in 2009 to repair a basement leak in foundation at window well. Todd came this time and again promptly. Perfect job . No problem since.

Jamie arrived , on time, to fix a leaking foundation crack in my basement. He completed the job in the estimated time and kept the work area clean. After the most recent storm, not a drop of water made its way through. I would recommend them for any basement water issues.
