The Crack Specialists

We bought our house in August and have noticed water coming in the past few months and last night it really flooded. Crack specialists was here in under an hour for an estimate and done the job the same day. Great advice as there are multiple cracks on which ones we can leave for another day and what to monitor. Super friendly and professional, will be using them again.

Before finishing our basement we had to repair 4 cracks in the foundation. We got 2 quotes and decided to go with The Crack Specialist. Clint and Jamie showed up right on time and explained everything to us. They were very professional and did an awesome job. Also they cleaned up afterwards and left no mess at all. We're really happy with The Crack Specialists. We had a foundation crack in our basement and Jamie Carey arrived, on time, to fix our problem. He completed the job in the estimated time and kept the work area clean. I would highly recommend The Crack Specialists to anyone for any basement water issues.

As we are selling our 5 year old home an inspector for the buyers came in and identified 4 cracks in the foundation. We had 3 companies come in to quote the job. The crack Specialist was one of the companies. They were not the cheapest but they were professional, explained their process and we felt that they would stand behind their work and warranty. Wes and Patrick came in today and did a great job repairing the cracks. They were professional, on time and cleaned up afterwards.

A previously repaired crack in my basement was leaking and sadly, when I called all the vendors in K-W, none of them had a record of the repair. I thought perhaps it would be under warranty, but didn't have the original receipt. Most companies were rude and did not give me a good feeling about contracting them. When I called the Crack Specialists and spoke with Lorrie, she was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me the impression that The Crack Specialists were a leader in the industry and a very reliable company. I had a technician on site the day after I booked the call. Wesley was very professional, and before he started, he walked around the house with me to check for other cracks in the foundation and gave me many tips for keeping water away from the house. I know the job was not an easy one, but he got it done in efficiently and effectively. He was confident that the crack was permanently repaired, and I had no doubt that it was. Once packed up, he gave me the invoice, explained the warranty and then left me feeling that the job was done well. Called The Crack Specialists one morning when we discovered some water in our laundry room from an exterior wall. Within minutes, Todd had the location of the crack diagnosed, and found the outside source of the issue (oops...hose left on during the winter, pouring water along our foundation!). Luckily, we were able to have the crack filled from the inside of the house, and within a day, they had set up a date for the work, and had the work completed. Other companies were on a two to three day delay to even have someone come to the house, we already had to work finished by then! Jamie did the repair work for our house. He was on time, professional from start to finish, and you never would have known he was there (except for the fact that our basement didn't leak anymore!). He wore booties on top of his shoes, cleaned up where he was working, and took care when he needed to move items around in the area where the work was taking place. I would recommend this company to anyone.

These guys are true professionals!! Their knowledge and experience was evident immediately as they walked me through the issue and possible solutions. They worked with me to come up with a solution that made sense for my specific circumstance. When it came time for the work, they were on time, efficient and clean, but most importantly they did an amazing job! It was exactly what I was looking for and with professionalism well beyond what I was expecting. Thank you!

From the receptionist, estimator, work crew through the invoicing process, I was impressed with the friendly and professional interactions I had with the whole team.
