I appreciated the efficient service delivered by the Crack Specialists from the provision of an estimate through to completion of the repair job at my home. Todd, the estimator, carefully considered and evaluated the foundation leak situation and provided a clear explanation and reasoning for his proposed approach. Lorrie, the administrator, efficiently followed up and scheduled the work. Wes, the technician, was friendly, tidy, and completed the task in a timely fashion. Only time will tell if the repair is water-tight, but based on the service provided throughout this transaction, I'd recommend the Crack Specialists wholeheartedly.

This is the 2nd crack I have fixed in our foundation. The first one was 4 years ago and needed repair earlier this year. Jamie from CS came and fixed it up under warranty with no issues. SO I didn't hesitate to call when we found this crack last week!! I was pleased to see Jamie this morning and he did a great job had everything cleaned up and done in a matter of hours! Wes came to the house, gave us a excellent quote, he was on time and fast to respond to calls and emails. the work was completed on time in a professional manner. we usually do all the house repairs our self, but I'm glad we call the pro's.
