Todd, the estimator, carefully considered and evaluated the foundation leak situation and provided a clear explanation and reasoning for his proposed approach. Lorrie, the administrator, efficiently followed up and scheduled the work. Wes, the technician, was friendly, tidy, and completed the task in a timely fashion.
