The company made a mistake in the schedule to assess the problem but was very prompt to fix it. they were able to come to fix the leak in 48 hours and in the mean time another leak had shown up so they rearranged the technician's (Jamie) schedule so he could fix both leaks that day. Service was prompt, and courteous. Would certainly use this company again.

We had only moved into the house a month before having a major thaw on Boxing Day. During the thaw we got a surprise when 2 areas of our family room had water coming in from under the baseboards. The crack specialists called us the following day after we had contacted them through the website and Todd was out to give us a quote within the week. We were impressed with the call back so quickly as that week is filled with holidays and the thaw I am sure had them busy. Within a week Todd and Jamie were here to do the work, the area was clean when they left and all done within the amount quoted. They arrived on time - early actually - and explained the process to us. We are very impressed with the service and will call them again if the house has anymore surprises in store this spring for us.

Update: Before starting a major renovation we had crack specialists back again to do some preventative work on 2 other areas. Pat, Clint, Ryan and Keil came and filled one area and investigated another for us. They were on time, polite and only billed us for the work needing done. Again we are very impressed with the service and would recommend Crack Specialists!

This is the 2nd time I've had Jamie in to repair a crack. He is fast and professional, cleans up after the job is done and answers any questions you may have.

While I hope to never need their services again should I ever need another foundation crack repaired I would not hesitate to hire Jamie and The Crack Specialists again.

Right from the initial free estimate visit, Todd was very informative and professional. A second free visit weeks later once more paneling was removed and a heavy rain provided more information the appointment was set and Jamie completed the work in a timely, personal, professional manner. I will definitely use this company again with my other hoses if needed.

Since we moved a year and a half ago, we have had a few issues with cracks and water coming in our home as well as had a preventative fix to a crack on the outside of our home.

We have had first had an issue with water coming in our crawl space via two cracks and over the foundation wall. Wes came out and was professional, personable, very helpful with suggestions and most importantly fixed the problem.

We then unearthed a large crack at the side of our house, and not wanting water in our basement, called again. Todd came out to give the quote, options were provided and thoroughly explained. Clint and another associate came out to perform the work. Again, the experience was professional and personable. Their clean up was so thorough, I would have never known they were there if it wasn't for the visible part of the fix above ground.

Mostly recently, we had a crack fixed from the inside. Clint and Jamie came out and completed the work. Same story - professional, personable, good suggestions, no mess left behind and again, the work that was completed was explained.

I have also communicated with office staff on a few occasions and responses are always timely and and very polite.

Having hired them a few times now, I can say this company knows how to hire quality people. I would recommend them to anyone.

Crack specialists were referred to me by a good neighbor,
Jamie fixed a leaking crack we discovered in our basement 2 years ago and it has not leaked since. We found two more cracks later on in a different section of the basement and had Jamie and Clint come in again 2 years later to fix those as well.
They arrived right on time and we very efficient. They left the place very clean and even knocked off the old injector pins from a crack that had been fixed by another contractor before we bought the home.
I would recommend this group to anyone else needing basement crack repair!

We were about to list our house for sale when we discovered 2 small leaks from cracks in the basement wall. Recognizing our emergency, Todd came out and gave us a quote. He arranged to have Wes come out within a couple of days to do the repair. Not only was Wes on time, he was early, and worked steadily to do the required repair. He was very pleasant and very efficient and left the work area clean.
