Called multiple crack specialist companies around the same time to get multiple quotes. Crack Specialists were the first to call back (very quickly), came the same day to review the work to be done.

When I told them that they all quoted me around the same price these guys gave me a discount and we set up an appointment on the spot. They also have a lifetime warranty (transferable to new home owners too) that really helped me make the decisions.

Pat & Ryan came right on time, and were in an out in a few hours repairing 2 cracks. They answered all of my questions, very professional, and the areas they worked in were very clean afterwards. Extremely happy with the service!

From beginning to end our experience with your company went extremely well. Talking to the owners over the phone gave a sense of pride for the company and both Todd for the estimate and Matt for the repair were a dream to deal with. Matt did a fantastic job with the fix and made sure I was properly informed about the entire process. We would go to this company for any future problems, no questions asked.

We have been in our home for just over 1 month when we found our basement had taken in some water. Luckily for us it was in an unfinished crawl space. The water did pool into a corner of the finished utility room causing minor damage. TCS was recommended to by our relator who had used them for his own disaster. Wes was the tech that came out to quote the job, he quickly found the entry point of our leak and gave a fair quote to fix it. Clint and Wes returned to do the job. They were both very friendly and informative. They brought me in to see the work they had done and explained the process and materials used. Had a foundation crack and was referred here by Flood company. Jamie did a very quick, clean job. Then a week late had a leak in another spot. Pat and Ryan showed up early. Very quick and clean and also fixed another small hole. Awesome job and would highly recommend. Waiting for the rain to fall!

With the recent rain melting all the snow I ended up with a leak in my basement. I called the crack Specialists and they gave me a quote and had someone sent out two days later. Pat was very professional and quick and knowledgeable on his work. I would recommend this company to anyone

I just had a crack in my foundation repaired by Wesley.R from the crack specialists. Not only did he show up early for the job, but was also out super quick. Hee did a great job fixing the crack from inside our basement, and he also took the time to look at some other waterproofing issues we are having and made great suggestions how to resolve them.

Overall amazing customer service. We will be using this company again in the spring to fix some other exterior issues.
