Excellent, fast service from the initial conversations with the office staff, to the quote, and then to the actual work being done. Water was coming into my son’s basement but we weren’t quite sure from where. Matt came out to assess the problem. After careful inspection, he could see where water had been collecting in the window wells during heavy rainfall. He said the window wells were too small (it’s an old home) and not deep enough, and were filling up and not draining properly. Water was collecting in them and being forced in around the basement windows. Matt is very good at explaining and showing what the problem is. Matt and Clint came and did the work of installing two new window wells. They cleaned up the site and you could hardly tell they had been there when they were finished. The price even ended up to be a little cheaper than quoted.
They repaired a crack in the foundation in our own home a few years ago and we’ve never had a problem since and it was the same great service then and now!
