Troy C is an excellent technician. He's very professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and clear with his explanations. Also mindful of COVID regulations. He was very thorough when checking my son's furnace and AC. Told me what was wrong, what caused the problem, and fixed the problem. The first time he came out, he did lots of diagnostic tests and a dye procedure. I then asked for him to come back a second time as a follow-up to that procedure. He even waited a few minutes, on a Friday, for my son to get home to explain everything to him in person. Thank you, Troy.

Excellent, fast service from the initial conversations with the office staff, to the quote, and then to the actual work being done. Water was coming into my son’s basement but we weren’t quite sure from where. Matt came out to assess the problem. After careful inspection, he could see where water had been collecting in the window wells during heavy rainfall. He said the window wells were too small (it’s an old home) and not deep enough, and were filling up and not draining properly. Water was collecting in them and being forced in around the basement windows. Matt is very good at explaining and showing what the problem is. Matt and Clint came and did the work of installing two new window wells. They cleaned up the site and you could hardly tell they had been there when they were finished. The price even ended up to be a little cheaper than quoted. They repaired a crack in the foundation in our own home a few years ago and we’ve never had a problem since and it was the same great service then and now!

The owner of this company, Mio Zaric, does amazing stucco work! He's aligned with the best product companies for the moldings and the stucco product itself. He was prompt and his price was exactly as quoted and he didn't try to talk us into to doing unnecessary work. He removed the old moldings and stucco, which was never done properly by the builder, and installed the new. He's a wonderful craftsman with attention to detail. We had trouble finding someone to do this job, as other companies said it was too small a job for them to bother with. Mio was only too happy to fit us in between his larger jobs. His wife, Susan, who obviously manages the office side of things, is a great communicator and always kept us apprised of the timelines, etc. and answered all of our questions.

The owner of Owen Maintenance Ltd., Derek Bitker, was referred to me as "the best window caulker around", and that was definitely true. He arrived when he said he would to do the quote, and then again to do the job. His final price was exactly as quoted. He removed and replaced all the old window caulking. He did a beautiful job and the new caulking was put on so neat and so straight you would swear he had used a ruler!

David Nelson repaired some screw pops, then repainted our California ceiling. He taped plastic to all the walls and covered the floors so that absolutely no paint got anywhere else. He and his worker arrived on time and did the job quickly. They cleaned up so well afterwards, I could hardly tell they'd been there, except that the ceiling looked like new again. Price was very reasonable. I had thought because it was such a small job (only one room) that they would not want to be bothered, but obviously all jobs are important to them.

I was prepping walls in an old house and couldn't get the border off and the old paint was coming off in sheets. The owner, David Nelson, came out within one hour of my call for help, to assess the problem. I was able to book David within a couple of days to take over the job and, after one quick day of work, David and Bryan had solved the problems and readied the walls for me to paint. Not only did they prep the walls and repair the ceilings, they went that extra mile by scraping and repairing the window sills. They leave absolutely no mess. The price was very reasonable.
