The worst - I had to completely replace my door.
I got a custome door system with glass and glass sidelights from the Door Centre 10 years ago. We had nothing but problems with it from day one. They came and fixed the issues 4 times within 6 months of installing it and then they told me that they would not come out anymore. I should have sued them. Over the next 10 years I had to have other contractors come and fix the problems that eventually recurred, I replaced the door hardware once and finally, the problem was no longer fixable and the door had to be replaced. The contractor who installed the new door said that they had not sllowed the silicone to cure and the glass had shifted in the frame making it out of Square and that the installation didn't use enough insulation and was put in incorrectly. They took no pride in their work and did not stand behind it. I strongly recommend that you steer clear. I have done many home renovations - this is the only company that I feel compelled to review in this fashion. I'm not high maintenance - I just expected them to do a good job.

I am very sorry for your issues you had with your door. As the service manager for the past 16 years at The Burlington Door Centre, I do not remember an issue like yours. There are many door and window companies that sound familiar in Burlington and I want to make sure you reviewed the correct company. If you removed a steel door from your house, it was most likely not The Burlington Door Centre as we have been selling only Fiberglass doors for the past 14 years.
