We are very happy with the 18' above-ground Atrium pool purchased at Mermaid. Roxanne was an excellent salesperson. It was obvious that she knew the products, she answered all my questions and provided me with information to help me select the best pool for my family needs. Additionally, Roxanne provided contacts for water and electricity. Dominique arranged the installation and all went smoothly and quickly. Every person I spoke to at Mermaid Pools was polite and it is apparent that customer satisfaction is a priority.

I recently purchased a hot tub from the Ogilvie Rd location. The sales associate Martin was knowledgeable of products and services. I gave him my budget and we found something I'm sure to enjoy for years to come. I purchased a hot tub 12 years ago from Mermaid and after dealing with post sales service it was an easy decision to go back.

We were very happy with the service (from sales to install to retail) that we Recieved from mermaid pools. They understood the size of the investment and never tried to up sell us at all. They were honest about products we didn't need rather than pushing them on us and the pool school was an added bonus that helped us a lot. We would recommend mermaid pools.

At each step of the process (sales, contract negotiation, warehouse dealings, delivery, installation and show of operation) I received professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and, most importantly for me, respectful service from obviously dedicated employees. This bodes well for any future dealings with this great company, namely for maintenance (monitoring water quality), winterizing in the fall and opening up in the spring. My family and I use the spa every day for both its fun and therapeutic value!

I bought a new spa from Mermaid (Bullfrog Spas). Buying experience was pretty good. Phil Morneault knows his product and gave great tips.

I experienced the show of operation. Phil Gregory was right on time, he installed the cover lifter and explained how the control panel worked.

Overall, I had a good experience so far with Mermaid.

We needed repairs done on our heater for our hot tub. Laura from mermaid was instrumental in contacting the contractor that Mermaid had recommended when the part hadn't come in.

Everyone at Mermaid Pools were very helpful from beginning to end. Everything was organized and things were completed as per the dates agreed upon. Installers were great too. Even with a few problems with the slope in my yard, we were able to make it work and our pool is functioning well and working great.

Bought a large above ground pool! Mother nature was NOT on our side so the installation kept being delayed, incomplete.... in the end, the pool looks awesome, the installer Martin was VERY thorough with levelling and all other measurements!!!! People in the store were always kind, polite, patient and smiling ;) thanks so much for helping create memories for our family and friends!!!
