I bought a new spa from Mermaid (Bullfrog Spas). Buying experience was pretty good. Phil Morneault knows his product and gave great tips. I experienced the show of operation. Phil Gregory was right on time, he installed the cover lifter and explained how the control panel worked. Overall, I had a good experience so far with Mermaid.
