Great group of guys, really fast and friendly. The only thing I would recommend is better communication before the move.
A call a day or two before to confirm would have been comforting.
Also no call for COVID screen.

We're glad you were pleased with how your move went but do apologize for you not receiving a call beforehand or a COVID-19 screen call. You are absolutely right as this is something that should have happened and I can assure you that we normally do call the customer the day before to do a COVID-19 screen call and also ask if there is anything they have concerns with. Thank you for letting us know.
I will be sure to discuss this with our Relocation Consultants to make sure they are on the same page with calling their customers the day before to ensure that this will not be an issue moving forward.

Very smooth move with the 3 men provided by Rockbrune. This was my 2nd move using Rockbrune last time was almost 20 years ago. Very professional service, excellent loading of the truck, everything was well protected and 75 kms later nothing moved out of place. I have a very heavy solid wood desk that was removed from my 2nd floor down to truck. This desk was the biggest challenge and they made it look easy. Well done - would I recommend Rockbrune... hell yeah!

Best Moving Day!

So happy that we choose Rockbrune to handle our move. We had a crew of three people and one truck for our move. The crew arrived on time, worked hard all day to get things done, they were polite and helpful and keep everything clean. They finished up just before 6pm and our final bill came in a little less than the original quote.
Would definitely recommend Rockbrune Brothers.

Professional and careful with our belongings. Quiet guys, but very personable. Extremely good value for money and they booked our moving date BEFORE we approved the estimate. This was extremely important, as another moving company led us to believe we had a date booked, but moved it twice before we had a chance to approve the estimate (which was 50% higher). That protocol is not necessary.

moving from one house to another

Actual movers were very good.... they seemed to take good care of everything. All boxes are not opened yet but so far only one cup handle
has been broken. They did forget to put the wheels back on a wall unit.
Quite pleased with Brad, John and Maurice.
