Great group of guys, really fast and friendly. The only thing I would recommend is better communication before the move. A call a day or two before to confirm would have been comforting. Also no call for COVID screen.

We're glad you were pleased with how your move went but do apologize for you not receiving a call beforehand or a COVID-19 screen call. You are absolutely right as this is something that should have happened and I can assure you that we normally do call the customer the day before to do a COVID-19 screen call and also ask if there is anything they have concerns with. Thank you for letting us know.
I will be sure to discuss this with our Relocation Consultants to make sure they are on the same page with calling their customers the day before to ensure that this will not be an issue moving forward.May you make many new memories in your new home!
