Purchase of a modern crystal chandelier
After purchasing an $1100 modern crystal chandelier at Ultra Lighting, I hired an electrician to install into my 18 foot foyer. 4 of the crystals had a broken wire mechanism to hang. I took them back and Bryan [last name removed--Ed], who touts himself as the owner of Ultra Lighting, told me "no problem at all, the supplier will be in next week and replace them". That was two years ago. Over 50 phone calls and visits from myself & my designer has not even been able to get the existing broken crystals replaced. I have never owned a crystal chandelier, this was to be a big treat. But instead I have a lopsided chandelier and a guy who sneers and laughs at me when I try to get the pieces back. I am starting small claims proceedings. Stay away. Bad ethics. Bad man.
