Terrible after service when a faulty wiring blew two bulbs within 10 minutes. I'll never go back and do not recommend the after sales attitude where they made me at fault for not bringing the actual lamp back! Go figure, I paid an electrician and they stiffed me the price of two poxy bulbs...

I got the best service here to buy my lights for my new home. The store was extremely busy but serviced me really well that I came back to buy only from them. Other lighting stores did not give me the time and they were not even busy. I highly recommend coming here for your lights.

Did not put up the light fixture for over 6 months and a few crystals were broken.....went back and the owner replaced them same day....I had a totally different experience than others on this site....am going back for living room fixture

I've visited the store a few times and think that they have a very good selection of reasonably priced, nice looking light fixtures. After visiting several other stores, I decided to go for their unique looking floor lamp. A young, very pleasant man helped me. I didn't have transportation available at the moment so I asked about delivery. They deliver trough Purolator, so the shipping cost was only around 20 bucks. I got the next day delivery and now the light fixture is in my dining area. It looks fantastic. I'd recommend them to the others as well. The reason I wrote this review is because I saw some negative feedback and thought that it would be only fair to comment about a good experience as well. I will shop there again in a near future.

This is by far one of the worst run businesses I have ever encountered during my 33 years on this planet. I actually had to create a yelp account to warn others about the unprecedented level of dysfunction Brian (the owner) and his team (specifically Anthony) embody. I saw many bad reviews already online about this business but mistakenly took the plunge thinking they may be exaggerated. They are not. After spending over $1000 on lights we began our roller coaster of deception & mismanagement for over 3 months of delays after they were due. I cannot even remember how many times I had to call, walk into the store and chase down employees to get an update or followup on status of our order only to get the run around. I can comfortably say that over 95% of the time any action they took to follow up, deliver something or even call back went completely nowhere. We constantly got excuses about the manufacture and their ability to deliver but then once they had the product in stock had problems with incorrect parts (numerous times), delivery and lack of desire to do anything but pass the buck onto the customer. It really seemed that every time we were in that store customers were coming in with similar problems. Make no mistake this is a two-bit business that doesn't have any ability or desire to do ANY level of customer service. Do not be drawn in by the selection of products that they have on display, the hassles you will face is not remotely worth it. If anyone would like more details on our experience, including specifics of the products we ordered I would be happy to share more. Stay away at all costs!

This store has a great selection of contemporary lighting, but the service is terrible. I must agree with other reviewers here, reluctantly. In the space of two days, the store made the following three mistakes: told me that a product was in stock, but when I arrived to pick it up, told me that it was actually out of stock; showed me a nice lamp, and then 'accidentally' found that the price was 50% higher at the cash register; and sold me a product that was the wrong color (inside the correct box), even though the clerk had inspected the product directly in order to insert new bulbs. The store gets high marks for selection and friendly attitude, but their service is dysfunctional.

I bought some fixtures for my place, as well as I use this store for a lot of my modest budget clients. They have great selection of inexpensive knock-offs. A few times fixtures came with broken parts but they always exchanged no problem.

Very unprofessional. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. First of all the variety is lousey. Second, if you do find something you like the customer service is abosolutley child-like and unprofessional. Stay Away.

Horrible experience at this store.

The guy who claims to be the owner of the company "Brian" is absolutely unprofessional, inefficient, and lazy.

I ordered a fixture from this store in JANUARY. A month back and forth with Brian and the fixture hasn't arrived.
He assure me that it will come in another month. 2 months later still no fixture. Everytime he came in, he asked me for my phone number. Every single time he said he called them, then hurried to make a call in front of me (still not sure if he actually spoke to suppliers)

It is now SEPTEMBER. In August he told me that this fixture wasnt coming and that suppliers were the bad guys in this situation. I ordered a new one (they have pretty ones in the store but the horrible experience is NOT WORTH IT)

The new fixture hasn't arrived, and he "forgot" to order it, just as he "forgot" my phone number even though I left it so many times.

He is lazy and unprofessional and that reflects poorly on a store.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY THERE
