He came in and did a really good job of step by step instructon of what he was going to do and did exactly that. He was fast and efficient. Great workmanship and no issues since! We are very satisfied with quality and value for our dollar. I would recomend him to everyone!

It was -40C and out pipe had burst. They came out and midnight and completed the job very efficiently, professionally. They came out despite other plumbers did not want to without a premium up front.

Not very experienced. The work too way to long for the simply procedure that it was. The plumber did not clean up after himself. The jobsite was left a mess. Didn't have a lot of product knowledge.

They did an excellent job and had good people skills, it is just pricey. They came in and did the repairs right away, I only had to wait until the next day but they fixed it and so far no further problems

Called them with a leak coming from a top floor shower. They arrived within hours. Plumber was quick, clean, communicated clearly and very straight forward. Fixed the issue and also addressed some potential future problems. Put me at ease. I would definitely use them again.

Extremely helpful on a Saturday when my hot water heater was leaking. Cost was $1000.00 cheaper than a competitor. Clean neat work. Also replaced lines under sink at a later date. Clean neat work - Wayne was great at what he did. Highly recommended.

Pete the Plumber had someone out to our home ASAP during a plumbing flood. Nigel was sent and was clear about pricing and expectations, additionally he was readily available via cell phone when I couldn't be in the home. The work was done with care and no time was wasted talking. Thanks Nigel!

Had the hot water tank installed. they were so neat and efficient there was no visible sign they had been here except the new tank in place of the old one.

My parents found their hot water heater leaking one morning(fortunately they were home at the time). They called Pete the Plumber to give an estimate and on replacing and removing the old hot water heater. Not only was their estimate the most fair, but when it came time for them to come and do the work, they showed up earlier than the 12:30 (by an hour and a half) appointment, but did the work with excellence and great cleanliness. I would recommend Pete the Plumber to anyone needing plumbing work!!

Was very prompt and efficient. Came in to fix leak in bathroom, arrived on time and was in and out in under an hour. Would definitely use again. Thanks Pete!
