Pete The Plumber

We woke up to a leaking toilet that must have been running for hours. We called Pete the Plumber and a service man was available to help us within the hour! That never happens! Not only did we appreciate the fast service but the price was reasonable and the service guy was friendly.

I had the worst possible thing happened to me right before I was about ot get a whole lot of company come in from out of town my toliet plugged and the stench was ridiculus I called pete the plumber and they had a technichian come out with in 3 hours and it was so quick and easy i didnt have to worry about a thing

My Dishwasher flooded and water was everywhere. I called Pete the plumber, they came right out. the had to use the Auger to get the plug that was about 25 feet down the line, He got it all cleaned out and put back together. I was satisfied with the work, a bit surprised that they tried to charge me for the use of th Auger, so I negotiated and said I was not going to pay for that,e so he removed the $35 extra dollar charge from my bill, and I was happy. I have not had a problem since.

On time and efficient. The sink did have began to leak about 2 weeks after install, but they came back and fixed it promptly. Overall I was satisfied with the work and the cost.

We have used Pete the Plumber before and found them to be the most affordable, within their estimate, the only plumber that quotes by the 1/2 hr or 1 hour rate. they arrive at a decent time and their plumbers are always very freiendly.

I contacted them to ask about the replacing the dip tube in the HW tank. We are likely going to replace the tank anyways but would do the cheaper job if we wanted. He is great to deal with, very honest and accomidating.

His employee was very knowledgable and qualified for the job. Peter followed up with a phone call to verify that we were satisfied with the service. We would highly recommend Pete the Plumber and we will use his services again when required.

We have used Pete the Plumber for many different things, incuding furnace and hot water tank replacement, and air conditioning installation. Everyone we have come in contact with from this company has been knowledgable and helpful.

As current hot water heater 11 years old, time to replace, Pete the plumber was more than competitive in price so went with them. Next day service was timely with a 2 hour window. Took about an hour to replace, they were efficient, tidy and courteous. Thanks Pete the Plumber
