Called GE warranty for faulty range. They assigned Robert from R3 MP for the repair. He called the very same day to book for the following day. Robert was very professional, he arrived on time and respected covid safety protocols by wearing a mask. He promptly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty items. He worked efficiently while respecting our property. When complete he did a complete run through to make sure the range was working 100%. Robert was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would absolutely call Robert in the future and recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Robert

Great transaction, happy with the pricing from CAS. Adib Narang made sure I was well taken care of. Appliance arrived much sooner than what I was expecting and the delivery guys were fantastic.

Booked an appointment with Max for the weekend. He gave me a 2 hour window and he was right on time. He respected the current covid safety measures, he was wearing a mask and kept his distancing as recommended. He performed a thorough inspection, did some cleaning and serviced the unit. A/C working much better. We’ve gone with Max in the past and have referred him to various family members. We highly recommend Max and will continue to seek his services. Thank you Max.

Called Eugene in the morning. He gave us a 1 hour window for an evening appointment. Eugene showed up on time and was a perfect gentleman. He thoroughly tested the range. Although the verdict for the range was not a favourable one for us, we are totally pleased with Eugene’s professionalism and his honesty. Would definitely call Your Guy Appliance Repair again and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thank you Eugene.

We recently decided to upgrade the basement fireplace at my parents house. Did our research and found Marsh’s Stoves and Fireplaces. So happy we did. We dealt with Alan Baroey right from the get go (owner). Very profesional, he visited the house measured everything out, took pictures and made some honest recommendations. The installers that showed up (led by Tony) were also very profesional. They did a fantastic job removing old fireplace and outdated gas lines as well as installing new fireplace, gas lines and doing necessary preparations for a new fireplace in the upstairs for the future. Marsh’s team did a fantastic job, we love the product and look forward to doing it again before next winter. Thank you Alan, Tony and the entire team at Marsh’s Stoves and Fireplaces. Mom and Dad are thrilled.

Matthew assigned Shawn and his crew to assemble our shed. So happy he did. Their team was super professional. They arrived on time, very polite and very skilled at putting together our shed. They had it up in no time, kept things tidy and it looks amazing. They really do take pride in their work. Best money we've spent, saved us a ton of headaches, would have taken much longer and would not have come out nearly as good. I absolutely recommend them. Antonio Barone was great in helping my wife and I decide on a new dishwasher. Gave us a very good deal, picked up the unit at the Martin Grove site. The entire process was flawless and we’re very happy with the product. Great purchase.

My old furnace was acting up for the past couple years. Was tired of calling companies to come inspect old furnace only to get it going for another short time and getting charged a few hundred dollars. Looked up furnace repairs on Homestars. Was glad to see some of the previous companies I had dealt with in the past and their poor review scores. Aire Max on the other hand had a very high review score. Called him up and booked an appointment. Max was very professional right from the beginning. Showed up on time, diagnosed the issue with furnace and recommended not fixing as it was already a very old furnace. He provided a quote on a new furnace/humidifier with installation as well as clean and repair gas fire place. Called Max back and booked new furnace and humidifier install, his quote was very fair. Once again he showed up on time with his partner who was also very profesional. They were careful in bringing in and taking out all neseccary hardware not making any unnecessary damage. The whole process took a few hours and when it was done you wouldn't know anybody had been there. The installation of both furnace and humidifier was excellent, they made it a pain free process. The Elite Appliance Team starting at the customer service dept to the onsite technician (Conan) were amazing. They helped remedy some issues with our new Samsung fridge that was under warranty. Full home renovation, all flooring purchased through AA Floors. They were highly recommended to us before beginning reno's and now we see why. Great product selection and all excellent quality. The representative (Myron) was very knowledgeable on all products as well as extremely patient in dealing with us. We just completed a main floor renovation which included kitchen, bathroom, hardwood flooring, painting, lighting etc. There was concerns undertaking such a big project especially as seniors. We quickly realized that The Home Improvement People and their team lead by Caio Freitas was exactly what we were looking for. They provided a very fair and accurate estimate and the timeline was bang on. Their standards of workmanship are second to none. Caio showed incredible people skills and was just amazing in helping ease the regular stresses of any Reno. He was easy to get ahold of and was very receptive of our ideas. Any issues were addressed immediately by Caio and his team. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the project and look forward to our basement reno next year.
