OMG OMG, run as fast as you can from this business!!1 We were sold the project by the sales man Mitch. We gave our $6000,00 deposit and they were scheduled to start last week.
We waited for them to show up and about 10:00 a.m. we called to ask where their guys were? They said our job had been post pone'd till March 1.
No one even called us to let us know or we would have cancelled, which after realizing that no one could do it, because Mitch the sales person, the installer, quit so we asked for our deposit back. The owner Steve gave us a cheque which when we tried to cash but the funds were not in their account.My husband went back to their show room on Hopkins and asked again how we were going to be paid? Steve persuaded him to give him 1 more chance and said they would show up Monday with everything. He promised over and over again we would not be disappointed again!! Monday came and again no show all day until Steve at 4:00 p.m. with a fire place and a few parts for it! No where near $6000.00 worth of materials. No one came to install anything!!!
Again we have been told that someone will show up in the morning, and believe you me we are not holding our breath!!!!
I have in all my years in business, as well as doing home renovations been so disappointed by a company. The stories, the excuses......We do not know how this will turn out but it has put all our worker's, plumber's dry wall guys on hold as well as a huge financial loss thus far.

Air Solutions takes pride in providing their clientele with quality workmanship and customer service. Apologies were extended for the miscommunication/misunderstanding regarding the installation schedule and Air Solutions offered several resolves to the customer's concern; full refund of the deposit without restocking fees, proceeding with the installation within a convenient time frame for the customer, and making the technicians available upon the customer's request to ensure a timely completion of the installation. Unfortunately the consultant sold the customer a fireplace that was not compatible with the installation requirements and an alternate unit with modifications was to be supplied that would meet the requirements; the components were on back order from the manufacturer causing the fireplace installation to be put on hold. The remaining HVAC equipment on the contract was installed a in a timely manner; when the installation was to be fully completed, the customer refused to be present for the scheduled appointment with the technician who waited at their home for well over an hour. The customer refused to allow Air Solutions to complete the installation and attempted to hire a secondary installer to complete the installation/inspection, then continued to call the manufacturer stating that Air Solutions was refusing to complete the work, followed by providing partial payment for the work completed and then canceling the cheque. Air Solutions would like nothing more than to complete the installation and be paid for the services rendered; it is difficult to coordinate completion when the customer avoids appointments, tries to hire an Air Solutions installer on the side to complete the job, refuses to schedule, and cancels payment.
