After searching for the perfect fireplace for our home for 8 years, we'd narrowed the choice to two manufacturers. Classic Fireplace was not only a dealer for both, but had both in stock. Their helpful staff made the final decision easy.

The work crew arrived when promised, and were courteous, clean, and professional the entire time. Working on our 140 year old house has always been a challenge, but the crew from Classic Fireplace handled every obstacle with knowledge and expertise, providing a finished product that has exceeded EVERY expectation we had, while keeping us informed of their progress and the steps that they were taking throughout the job.

The project was professionally done from start to finish. Those involved were thorough & always ensured to leave the place clean. I couldn't ask for better contractors to have done the project.

I asked Classic Fireplace to come and do a follow-up service call on my gas fireplace, (which I bought from them) to make sure it was operating properly. They sent out a service technician, Stephen Foley, to do the work. My compliments to this man, he was excellent, very polite, took care to ensure area was protected while he worked. He explained what he was doing and what needed replacement. He ordered the part, phoned ahead to let us know he was coming. GREAT work ethic. I have purchased at least 4 appliances from Classic Fireplace and will continue to give them my business.

We had classic install a fireplace in our previous home and were very satisfied with the work. When we moved recently we had Classic Fireplace come to get the gas fireplace serviced and up and working and get a bbq hook up done. Could not have been happier. Five years ago we hired Classic Fireplace to replace our wood burning fireplace with a gas insert. That was a totally positive experience and we continue to enjoy our unit. This fall Steven came for a routine servicing. Steven considerately called to let me know that he would be slightly later than the scheduled appointment. In actual fact the delay was very minimal Steven was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. And just as importantly, as a representative of the company he was positive, cheerful and personable. From this company you can expect both a superior product and excellent customer service.

We visited the Whitby location when we wanted to replace our wood burning insert with a gas model fireplace. We dealt with Jennifer Cherry and found her very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right model for our home. The installation was completed within two days which included the removal of the wood burning insert which must have weighed a ton. The two installers were excellent and took all precautions and left our home clean.
P.S. We visited this location awhile back as we were having a problem with our barbecue and Jennifer told us what to do so that is why we came here when we were going to purchase a gas fireplace.
