Had a wood burning insert installed into an existing fireplace. Great customer service and support. Very helpful in the selection of the unit.
Installation was on time, with a very professional crew. Would highly recommend them.

Traeger 650 Ironwood purchase

I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service and the above and beyond commitment that cobra has for it customers. I bought a new Traeger Ironwood 650 and after the first use had the paint pealed. After telling the staff at cobra what had happened, they immediately followed up with Traeger, and called me back the same day to assure me that I could pick up a new grill without issue. Thank you again for the great service and prompt response to my issues. Highly recommend them!!!

Replaced wood fireplace with modern gas insert. Great assistance to pick out the unit and answer questions. Installation was quick and it looks great. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a fireplace or stove.

New Chimney liner and chimney cleanout and new cap

They came when they said, cleaned up everything afterwards and worked very hard when they were here. They were curtious and followed up afterwards to ensure we were satisfied.
What more can you ask. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
