Haven Home Heating and Air Conditioning

I recently had an issue with my central air that I purchased from haven and is on their maintenance program

Following a clean of my ducts my air unit stopped working

Haven immediately sent technicians 3 times to resolve this matter
including a senior technician

As of today the unit is working and Haven has provided invoices with 0 charges for this repair

Haven impressed me greatly with the quality of their office staff and technicians

I would highly recommend their services

I have an annual maintenance plan with the company for the furnace and air conditioning units in my rental property. They were very patient and readily accommodated some access challenges. The technicians, Nick and Rob were pleasant, efficient, and very thorough. Rob was in training and I was impressed by Nick's encouraging and helpful mentoring of his trainee partner. I was also pleased to recognize the commitment Haven demonstrates to good training.

Each person I have dealt with, from sales, to office, maintenance and repair, have been so reliable, fair and pleasant to work with. Today, Evan performed the annual maintenance and replaced the blower motor. Our fireplace is 7 years old, and in great condition! The product itself has been exceptional. Evan was such a delight while he worked his skills professionally. All of their technicians who have been to our home, I would highly praise the same! Thank you Evan!

Nick was by yesterday to perform spring maintenance on our furnace, air conditioner & boiler. It was our first time meeting him. He is yet another of Haven Homes friendly, courteous, professional technicians.

Fabulous teamwork with impeccable service. Harrison, Pat and Jared were extremely helpful, professional and thorough.

Made monthly payments on their plan for warranty maintenance, was a good company until it was sold, no show for 18 months!!!!! after constant cancellation on me another 11 months and no show for a/c then too cold to do. NOT RECOMMENDED, paid all that money and after firing them I was offer a $30 refund!!?? Do not trust theses new owners.

Thanks to Jett B. for providing excellent Furnace and Fireplace maintenance. I now feel comfortable that I can rely on this equipment as I head into the winter months. Jett was courteous and professional throughout and also friendly. I would welcome Jett again for another inspection. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. Friendly, courteous and punctual. Kenn was an awesome technician, who explained everything in terms you can understand. I would highly recommend.

Our service technician, Kenn (with two Ns) was professional, polite and friendly. He explained the condition of our aging furnace, and presented us with the different possibilities, in terms of service plans. Kenn was careful and thorough and we would welcome him to our home to do more work on our furnace/AC unit in the future.

Maintenance program. The service man Glenn was a joy to have here. He did a fabulous job and if I give them 630s I would. He was very efficient and pleasant to work with. My thanks to Haven for a job well done.
