At the recommendation of our friends who had their driveway done by Patterned Concrete we contacted the company for an estimate for a backyard patio. From start to finish we found the staff from this company to be friendly, efficient and well organized. We were given an estimate and arranged for a meeting to discuss and sign a contract. We were given a comprehensive package that outlined the area that was to become our new patio as well as the name and contact numbers for the different supervisors/managers. What became evident is that every aspect of this company is comprised of teams who all work together to provide an excellent product and leave their customers more than satisfied. We were given a work schedule and each team arrived on time and on the right day. When one team finished their aspect of the work the other team arrived. As concrete can be messy and very dusty we were concerned that our sunroom windows would be left dusty and dirty. Part of their clean up process is that they power wash not only the concrete but also the windows and brick.
We had several neighbour’s who came around to view the work and ask about the company. The result was that two more neighbours were happy to book with Patterned Concrete. That in itself says it all.
Would we refer Patterned Concrete to family and friends? Absolutely!

We had been thinking about getting our driveway done for years, and looked at asphalt replacement, interlock and patterned concrete. We wanted something that we thought would last, so we decided on patterned concrete. We knew that it would cost a bit more than the other options, but we were OK with that. After researching different companies earlier this summer, we saw that Patterned Concrete was the best option. They have been operating in Mississauga for 25 years and we have seen many driveways in our neighborhood with the "Patterned Concrete" imprint , and they all looked pretty good.

We decided to get a quote. Tom showed up and went through all of our options. He was very professional and informative. The quote was close to what both my wife and I were looking at spending, so we decided to take the plunge. We then met with Susy at the office and picked out the colours and style. Again everything was professional. Once work was started on our driveway, the job was completed within three weeks. It has been over two months and we are quite happy with the work that was done. Anyone who comes to our house loves our new driveway. I would highly recommend the services of Patterned Concrete.

We were very impressed with professionalism and quality of work from Patterned Concrete, right from the design phase to follow-up once our project was completed. The time for the project was bang on, a lot of times these days you hear about home renovation projects, that start on a certain date and you never know when the next time they are coming, not in this case. Our new driveway looks excellent and we have received numerous compliments from our neighbours and friends, it has improved the curb appeal of our home.

From the office staff to the finishing crew, all were very helpful, knowledgeable, professional. and a pleasure to work with. By adding colours, patterns, and sealant, you transformed the dull gray of concrete into something with character and eye appeal. We find ourselves using the area more now than in the past. This is my first review for any product or service but I have to comment. We were completely pleased with Patterned Concrete right from the beginning of the process and all the way through to the end. We are so glad to have chosen Patterned Concrete. The professional and friendly service from everyone in the office and in the field helped us confirm we made the right decision. Patterned Concrete easily accommodated our vacation schedule 2 or 3 times but yet still got the work done in a very timely manner. The job went off without a hitch and there were no delays. Having the work completed once it started was very important to us and it just seems to be the way Patterned Concrete does it every time. Patterned Concrete did a wonderful job this past summer on our driveway. After getting quotes from a few companies we were most comfortable with choosing Patterned Concrete. From the first visit to discuss our options to the follow up phone call from Susy asking if we were satisfied with the end result everyone was very professional. Our driveway is beautiful!

When we first decided to choose Patterned Concrete to do our driveway and walkway, we knew it was going to be a big project, we were a little worried. But the work was done very detailed, on time, and very care full with several teams, and professional technicians. Now we are very happy, they did a very good job. Even our neighbors comment on it. In the summer of 2015 I contacted several companies for stamped concrete in my backyard and side walkways. PC Mississauga was on par with several competitors as far as price, and I found the estimator very knowledgeable and open about the process. For future customers, I would suggest having a strong understanding of the square footage quoted, and how the finished area will look as far as coverage, because adding square footage beyond the initial quoted price can quickly increase costs.

Notwithstanding the above, once the contract was signed and the work began, the whole process was of the utmost professionalism. The design was well handled with detailed CAD drawings, and the office was in touch regularly on progress of the work (working around rain delays, etc).

As far as the work crews, they were always punctual and willing to take the time to explain what they were doing (and why other companies don’t bother to do certain things). I found this valuable as it reinforced my initial decision to go with PC Mississauga.

The only regret I have (and this was likely outside their control), is that a crack appeared in my walkway the day after the concrete was poured, and while still visible, the guys came back immediately to patch and reseal it.

There was also some delay in scheduling the start of the job due to the sheer number of projects they had on the go, which I suppose is a good thing (they’re in demand!).

Overall this was a positive experience and I firmly believe my property value increased as a result of the work.
