I was very happy in dealing with Nick from start to end to replace my hot water tank back in Feb 2023 which had developed a leak at the plastic drain valve. It was time to just replace it with a better tank. Nick was very professional and did a quality installation of the new hot water tank without cutting corners. I'm glad I went with Nick. Ash at Fair Deal Heating and Air Conditioning and his team fully deserve a shout out. It was time for my 23 year old home with original furnace, ac and humidifier to do a planned replacement. I started looking online in August for reviews on various sites. I did my due diligence into what brands and types of furnace and ac as well as companies that I wanted to quote the work. I wanted to go with a top brand name and model for my furnace and a decent air conditioner that wasn't too loud. The people that do the installation work is what is most important as I know from personal experience as well as from other hvac forums I checked out. My system was replaced last week and now looking back at going through the process and having my new furnace, ac and humidifier installed last week by Ash and his team, I am more than comfortable and confident for vouching for the work of Fair Deal Heating and Air Conditioning. Ash and his team matched the right system for my needs/wants and budget. I couldn't be happier. I added the 10 year labour warranty from the equipment manufacturer to the already 10 year parts warranty included from the manufacturer. I just wanted the peace of mind of pre-paying for any possible labour work that might needed to be done under warranty even though the manufacturer I chose already has a very strong equipment and heat exchanger warranty included. And the warranty and service work can be done by any licensed company/person I choose going forward, but I'll be calling Ash. Ash as well included his own very robust bumper to bumper installation warranty. Ash provided an excellent, competitive, fully TSSA licensed, and extremely fair service right from the time I reached out to him to the present. I also liked the fact that pretty much any furnace manufacturer was available to me that I wanted even though I already narrowed it down to two. Some companies or authorized dealers focus on one or two brands only and I also asked them to quote my replacement. I am so glad I went with Ash. He keeps his overhead low, prices fair and quality high by being able to control and monitor each step along the way, right through to installation, start up and turning over the system back to me. Exactly what I was looking for and Fair Deal Heating and Air Conditioning delivered. It was a win-win going with Ash. I confidently recommend Ash and Fair Deal Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking for any work on their heating, cooling or hot water system. I'll be calling Ash when it's time to replace my hot water tank.

This is my first review for any product or service but I have to comment. We were completely pleased with Patterned Concrete right from the beginning of the process and all the way through to the end. We are so glad to have chosen Patterned Concrete. The professional and friendly service from everyone in the office and in the field helped us confirm we made the right decision. Patterned Concrete easily accommodated our vacation schedule 2 or 3 times but yet still got the work done in a very timely manner. The job went off without a hitch and there were no delays.
