Colony is dedicated to their customers on every level. I have used them many times for all my appliance needs and additionally referred them to clients time and time again with outstanding results. Kevin and his team are exceptional at listening to customer needs and hopes and deliver in a way that is first class!

I had issues with my order and wanted to speak with the manager. Although the manager was there he refused to talk to me. I thought the point of managing was to help in customer service. Everyone I dealt with there was rude and after reading reviews on Yelp I now know I'm not alone in having a bad experience with this company.

My oven broke down and couldn't be repaired, the week before Thanksgiving. I went to all the major appliance stores as well as Colony. They had the best customer service, best prices and most importantly, delivered my new stove the next day. Every other store couldn't deliver for 2 weeks or longer. Thanksgiving is saved! Thank you Colony, thank you especially Linda!

We have used Colony now for over 10+ years without any concerns. Their pricing is always competitive and delivery has been on time and without issue.

What sets them apart is their commitment to keeping their customers happy - this month we had an issue with the fridge we had purchased one year ago. After several repair attempts, Colony stepped in and negotiated a manufacturer's refund, free removal and delivery of a replacement product - all within several days. You don't see that kind of service much anymore.

Colony in North Vancouver helped my husband and I buy a fridge and stove that we love and they delivered it the same day. The movers were also great taking extreme care moving our fridge and stove inside our house. They were polite and friendly and Matt knew his product line very well.
