It would be remiss of me not to sincerely thank you for your outstanding service. It has been a very hectic time with our move, working from home, the pandemic etc. and yesterday evening I reflected on how smooth everything went. This installation had the added challenges of an older home coupled with having to wear a mask. Your professionalism shone through - excellent communication, accommodating, polite (loved the fact you had your indoor shoes), and all round a real pleasure.

Phil was extremely courteous, kind, and took the time to explain all the settings to me. I can say he sincerely appreciated your presence, and remarked how it is so nice to see the boss work hand-in-hand with installers - true leadership by example.

An absolutely exceptional, and professional company and service. Ehab was very thorough in providing security coverage throughout our residence. He was extremely efficient and knew exactly what we needed in order to provide the best security. The system is easy to use and we were provided with excellent supports if we needed additional help with using the system.

We’re very happy with Trilex. They are quick to respond should there be an alert with the system ie. false alarm, alarm trip or electrical outage. They have been very courteous and responded to all our questions about programming etc. The price is very competitive with the others out there.

When we built our home a number of years ago, we put in a hefty amount of equipment, way more than your average alarm system. Considering the amount we put in, there have been minimal issues that were dealt with fast and in an efficient manner. We trust this will continue over time. We are happy with Trilex. We have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

Switched to Trilex after a few bad experiences from one of Canada's largest alarm company - The bigger the worse in my experience.
Since switching over to Trilex, everything has been going smoothly, as it should, and the responses to alarms are fast! Which is ultimately what we pay alarm companies for!!

I switched to Trilex security monitoring a few years ago, having had several security monitoring service companies in the past. (Trilex did not install my original system.) Trilex has consistently offered exceptional service. I have not been disappointed; to the contrary, I continue to be very pleased with their services. They are probably the best monitoring company I have had. Their charges are reasonable, their service very thorough and professional (in taking over my system, they found a problem with my set up that 4 previous companies did not properly test for), and they keep their long time staff who get to know you and respond to your needs (and each staff is very skilled in what they do), and the company generally goes above and beyond providing basic service to make sure you are perfectly served. They offer feedback on any problems in reaching your emergency contacts, are not pushy but will offer ideas to improve the security when you request it, and they help in saving money by providing ideas or physical help. I highly recommend this company and have been very satisfied over the years as a long term customer.

Trilex originally installed their home monitoring system two years ago, covering windows, doors, smoke detection, water detection and low temperature detection monitor devices. They provided a thorough explanation of how the system functions and left us with all the necessary instructions to make full use of the system. Since then, they have been consistently helpful in answering our questions, in acknowledging and and taking into account our absences (eg. for vacations, etc.) away from our home, and resolving any issues (very few) that have arisen. All in all, we are very pleased with their services.

Service has been good. Helpful when we moved into our new home in 2017. There was a potential emergency earlier this year and Trilex reached out both to ourselves and one of our emergency contacts to resolve the issues. Seems it was weather related as there had been periodic power outages due to high winds. The person who contacted us realized that we were out of the country on vacation and advised that the issue had been resolved and told us to have a good vacation.

Professional and knowledgeable staff. The technician was courteous and finished his service quickly but thoroughly. Office staff were accommodating and very helpful with regards to a timely appointment. My patio door was replaced and the contact removed but not placed correctly. Then the phone line went out followed by power outage. Received excellent advice over the phone to bypass alarm on patio door.
