It's an old one and it was broken so I wanted to replace the outside security cam. Canadian security professionals arrived and did the right thing to make it work again in no time. Thanks for the quick installation.

Katie, in sales, was excellent in explaining the product and the process of installation and monitoring. The technician who did the installation was very knowledgeable and helpful in both the set up and the explanation of the system's performance and design. A highly professional team.

CSP managed to get us the most up to date tech for our weird, complicated partitioned house in Toronto.
Still getting used to having a system we accidentally triggered it a couple of times and were happy to immediately hear a response from the panel voice talk back on one occasion checking in on us and a phone call on another occasion. Which was reassuring.

Katie was our sales rep from the get go. She was patient, didn't push products we didn't need and helped answer or find answers to all of our questions. Great to deal with!
Hardeep was the technitian that came to install the system. He too was patient, kind, listened to and understood what we were trying to accomplish and was able to make good recommendations! He was knowledgeable, professional and timely, went out of his way to get the settings exactly as we needed them to be. Happy to have gotten Katie and Hardeep. I worked with Curtis to start my service with CSP. I was already discussing with another vendor but Curtis was able to provide minor details to compare. And I noticed that everything he said was accurate which is the best possible customer service one could expect. Even when I had additional questions, Curtis always came back with answers and also some great suggestions.

Hardeep provided a professional install service, he was thorough and completed the job in a timely manner. Any questions were addressed and service had been great so far.

All questions were asked and answered to our satisfaction, prior to installation. CSP web site is extremly well designed and easy to use. When the installer arrived, very freiendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything he was doing and why. Spend time with us explaining how to use the system, he was very patient and did not make us feel rushed. After a few days, we have become real pros at operating the new system. So glad we contacted CSP!!
