Otto's Masonry

Our front steps were falling apart and their degradation had posed a safety risk. We contacted Otto's and they sent in an estimator within a week or so of our request. The estimator was very knowledgeable and kind. We reached an agreement, made a deposit and had a contractor come in about two weeks later and do a PHENOMENAL job in a day. The steps look phenomenal and we are getting compliments from our neighbors. Most importantly, they are safe. A lovely lady stopped by our place to pick up the cheque, and that was it. Highly recommended!

My only piece of advice to anyone doing renovations such as this, is to make sure that you and the estimator are on the same page. We had a bit of a miscommunication which caused some confusion. But, we sorted things out. Otto's, please do your best to make sure that your clients understand EXACTLY what they are paying for. Providing images in the estimate would have been very helpful.
