Built-in bookshelves with electric fireplace and mantel
My husband and I really wanted to have bookshelves and an electric fireplace added to our living room to make it more comfortable. After checking out a couple other companies, we called Mulligan. Soon after, both Kellye and Mike arrived to discuss our ideas, take measurements and photographs of our existing finishing and moulding. We later received an estimate and some potential drawings of our finished product.
We have a young daughter, and try to make the most environmental and healthy choices we can make. Mulligans was open to our ideas of products to use to make it just how we wanted it.
The construction of the unit was done entirely at their workshop, which meant there was one day for installation. Two men arrived around 10 in the morning and were gone by 3pm, and everything was perfect!
We really couldn't be happier! It is definitely better than we had imagined. Everyone who visits our house can't believe how great it looks, and those that hadn't been to our house before, are so surprised when we tell them that it is brand new, as it fits in perfectly with our 90 year old house - true to the finish and style! Many have asked for the company's contact information and we've gladly passed it on.
