I am so happy we choose to go with this company! They actually arrived prior to our early 8 am Sunday start and we're professional, polite and efficient. We had a busy morning stopping at three houses before heading to our final destination and everything was made easy for us. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again when we need moving help!

We are so happy that we chose to work with Reiner! I met with Reiner before the Winter Holidays for a one hour free consultation, and knew he was going to get our project off and running. We had been interviewing with architects and contractors for the better part of 6 months, and were stuck. We had ideas and quotes, but needed to feel we had someone on our side. Some of the reasons we highly recommend working with Reiner: - he has great ideas, knows the permit system, building techniques, and many people in the industry - everyone he brought in and we decided to hire were honest, hard working people - he was a second set of eyes to see possibilities in our space, and gave alternative ideas to any opportunities/challenges that arose throughout construction - although we were very happy with the people we chose to hire, he advocated for us when needed - he checked in with us to see that we had any questions, and checked in regularly on our house (as we were not living on site) - when we needed to talk to him in an "emergency", he was quick to respond (On a Saturday visit, and a problem discovered, he was at the house looking at it, and solving the problem with 2 hours) - he is eco-minded, drives a smart car, and his own house is called a "passive house" - ask him about this! Reiner made our renovation happen. There were times over the course of our project, that I don't know what we would have done without him. He kept everything going - if we had been alone - we would have been lost. Thank you Reiner for working with us from beginning to end. We are so happy with the "new" home that has been created for our family.

The day after learning about Alex and his company, he came to our house and gave an estimate for the cost of work. He was courteous and efficient and we were very happy working with him. Whenever we had a question or a change to our plans, he was able to respond to us very quickly. Communicating all of our little details was so easy. We purchased our furnace from Belyea about 5 years ago. We also had had them in for an emergency call on a Saturday when we had no heat. They were here quickly and most everything was covered on the warranty. Then this Fall - we needed our regular maintenance. Two technicians came and got the job done very quickly - professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I had some trouble getting their arrival time sorted out. After a few phone calls when they were suppose to arrive, and some miscommunication between the office and me, we were all sorted out. Still - very happy with this local company!

We used this company for a second time. My husband was able to book online (very convenient), and they came and left their bill in our mailbox. Very easy and all done for another season! Thanks! Only suggestion - wish they had confirmed our online request so we knew that they were actually coming.

My husband and I really wanted to have bookshelves and an electric fireplace added to our living room to make it more comfortable. After checking out a couple other companies, we called Mulligan. Soon after, both Kellye and Mike arrived to discuss our ideas, take measurements and photographs of our existing finishing and moulding. We later received an estimate and some potential drawings of our finished product. We have a young daughter, and try to make the most environmental and healthy choices we can make. Mulligans was open to our ideas of products to use to make it just how we wanted it. The construction of the unit was done entirely at their workshop, which meant there was one day for installation. Two men arrived around 10 in the morning and were gone by 3pm, and everything was perfect! We really couldn't be happier! It is definitely better than we had imagined. Everyone who visits our house can't believe how great it looks, and those that hadn't been to our house before, are so surprised when we tell them that it is brand new, as it fits in perfectly with our 90 year old house - true to the finish and style! Many have asked for the company's contact information and we've gladly passed it on. We look forward to working with Kellye and Mike again! Thank you Mulligan!
