We first discovered mice in our new house in July. We called a different extermination company, who put little black boxed containing poison all around the house. Instead of solving the problem, it got much, much worse over the following three months.
Thanks to the amazing reviews on Homestars, I called Pesticon. By the time I called, I was just a wreck. I was disgusted by my house and ready to move out into a hotel. The day I called, the owner had just moved and was very busy, but when he heard how frantic I was, he agreed to come by in the evening.
Pesticon's approach was completely different from the first company that we used. They spent a good deal of time exploring the entire outside and inside of my house and identified the places that the mice were coming into the house and how they were getting around inside the house. They closed off all of those holes and we have not seen one sign of mice since.
