We first discovered mice in our new house in July. We called a different extermination company, who put little black boxed containing poison all around the house. Instead of solving the problem, it got much, much worse over the following three months. Thanks to the amazing reviews on Homestars, I called Pesticon. By the time I called, I was just a wreck. I was disgusted by my house and ready to move out into a hotel. The day I called, the owner had just moved and was very busy, but when he heard how frantic I was, he agreed to come by in the evening. Pesticon's approach was completely different from the first company that we used. They spent a good deal of time exploring the entire outside and inside of my house and identified the places that the mice were coming into the house and how they were getting around inside the house. They closed off all of those holes and we have not seen one sign of mice since. I am beyond grateful to Pesticon and very highly recommend them.

My husband and I recently bought a house and we're slowly trying to turn the house into a beautiful home. She left us feeling like we now have direction and a coherent, achievable plan for the house. Beyond being an excellent decorator, Nanette is just an absolutely lovely person. She is so approachable, nice and helpful. After two hours with her, I already adore her and can't wait to see her again when we're ready for our next round of advice. I trust her so thoroughly, I recently found myself standing in a lighting store saying, "I need a batphone to call Nanette on for emergency advice!!!" Nanette is the best. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
