DryView Window Restoration Experts

After repeated calls to Chris regarding his shoddy workmanship and false claims we are still left without an explanation. The moisture is still there but our money is gone. I wish I had checked him out on your site before the service. he sure was quick to return the call to set up the scam but nowhwere to be seen or heard from since ...

Like the other reviews , I am experiencing the same response.....NONE.....Having left several messages to claim under the warranty, which the tech said I was entitled to !
Given all the people that have beened"SCAMED" by this company, could we not collectively do something so that no other unsuspecting customer get's "scamed" by this predator ???

I recieved a call from Chris at Dryview an hour after leaving a message explaining that I needed their service. He appeared to be a nice guy and showed up on time. It took about an hour for him to remove the condensation from the 2 windows and he further explained that it may take 3-4 days for the interior of the window to dry entirely. I paid in cash and was given both a reciept and 10 year transferrable warrantly for the service. After about a week we noticed that not only were the windows still filled with condensation, but one of them had cracked during the drilling process. So I called and left a message asking for clarification on how long we should expect to wait before the windows would be ok as well as explaining that the window had been damaged (as a broken window was covered under the warrantly, I was not concerned). I was surprised that Chris did not call back as he phoned us back so quickly when we needed the service done but message after message was left over the next few weeks and finally we realised that he was not going to be calling back. Went os far as to look him up on the Better Business Bureau and am not surprised to see that he's had 16 complaints filed against him in the past 3 years, 9 of which were in the past 12 months. So clearly we're stuck with a useless warranty as well as the cost of replacing our window on our own. No other way to describe this experience other than terrible.

Total of three windows treated. No improvement whatsoever. Work came with a 5 year warranty. Numerous phone messages and emails resulted in one call that promised a service tech would show up on a specific date, no one ever showed. More emails, phone messages have not generated a responce from the company whatsoever. Do not waste your money by utilizing this company. The process does not work, and the warranty claimed, is not honoured.

Process didn't work, no direct line to contact these people, no address, won't return emails or phone calls. Have called a dozen times. Chris is the man in charge (so I am advised). Stay clear...

4 windows in my home were repaired. 1 remained Foggy after initial
service. The service tech came back and fixed the problem with no hesitation! Very please with the service, warranty and results! All 4 windows are PERFECT now!! Thanks Dryview!! I highly recommend this company!

Work that is supposed to be guaranteed for 15 years was done on my windows in Nov/07. After 4 return visits to my home, the "tech" suggested that I do additional work to my windows, at an additional cost to myself. I refused, and the "tech" told me I should contact head office and request a refund as they would not be able to make their product work on my windows. The company is refusing to return any of my calls or emails.
