It is hard to find a "GOOD" plumber that will perform smaller jobs. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in the time they said they would and the cost was what I was quoted. You can't ask for much more than that.

I have used Aviv plumbing for several jobs so I have obviously been pleased enough to be a repeat customer. I have found them to be very responsive as plumbing needs are often urgent. Once in the house they have always been extremely polite, responsive and clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company.

We called Aviv Plumbing on a Friday evening after a burst pipe in our basement. A representative, Andre, was at our house 9:30am Saturday morning. He identified the problem immediately, and it was fixed an hour later. Andre was even nice enough to stick around and answer some of our other questions and concerns. The best part was the price was less than what we anticipated even though we were told it would be "extra" because it was the weekend. A wonderful company that I highly recommend. We will be using them again if need be.

I called Michael on Thursday afternoon regarding a plugged bathroom sink. He advised that he would have someone out to evaluate the issue within an hour. Twenty-five minutes later, Anthony arrived. Within the next hour and a half, he had replaced the 48 year old, rusted drain pipe, sink and faucet. The work was exceptional and I am very pleased with the result. Michael is the man to call for professional, prompt service.

I called Michael late on a Saturday night as I had a mystery leak in my laundry room after running a load. Michael helped troubleshoot the problem with me over the phone, for free, despite the hour and before I committed to having him send someone out.

The next morning, he sent Daniel who continued to troubleshoot the problem, and figured out that it was my drain that was backing up. He snaked the drain and pulled out a giant tree root. Our drain now works once again, and they helped us find someone to fix and replace our damaged clay pipes.

Would definitely recommend Michael and his team for future plumbing work as they were honest, fast, and professional!

Excellent service. I called Aviv Plumbing on a recommendation from a friend to fix a leaky faucet and a toilet. I wasn't expecting same day service - but Aviv came within the hour. They were professional and knowledgeable. After expertly fixing the problems, they checked every other faucet and toilet in the house to ensure no other problems. I was very impressed. After trying to modify the faucet aerator on my existing faucet, I ended up destoying the internal parts and knew that the entire faucet had to be replaced.
I called Mr. Aviv and told him what I had done, and he suggested I wait until Monday becuse the charges would be higher over the weekend.
He arranged for two of his plumbers to come first thing on Mon. morning, and they tried to see if the old one could be repaired, but as I said I destroyed the tube which feeds the water to the areator.
The two gentlemen he sent were very courteous and replaced the faucet and even changed the flex hoses because the old ones were in for a long time and they didn't want me to have any leaks which would mean having to call them back. They even tightened the other sink faucet in the bathroom!
Great service and very honest, I would not hesitate to use Aviv Plumbing again and I would highly recommend them to other homeowners looking for a great reliable plumbing service.

My High End stainless steel wall toilet leaked every time it was flushed. Michael quickly diagnosed what the problem was-searched and found the parts on line, after the previous plumber didn't install it properly!
Michael and his assistant finished the job when he said he would- now it works perfectly. Very Knowledgable and nice guys.. I'd highly recommend Aviv Plumbing!

We woke up on New Year's Day to a major leak in ceiling. We called, Aviv Plumbing and within 45 minutes they arrived at our home. Problem was identified and fixed (replaced leaky pipes) within 2 hours. Great customer service experience. Highly recommend.
