We are having a new water heater installed. At the measure we were advised that our wiring was running too close to the flue to meet code and that an electrician would be required to move the wiring. Ralph replied very promptly and set up a time to visit for an estimate. On looking at the wiring he said that all that was required was some insulation between the wires and the flue and that it was up to code. I appreciated Ralph's honesty - he could have sold me a rewiring job that I did not need. I had some insulation handy and Ralph quickly put it in place. He would not take any money for this service. Ralph is a polite, prompt, professional who I would go back to for future electrical work.
