White Shark Window Cleaning

They came and washed the windows. We were not home. Did a great job. I asked the person who emailed me the confirmation how to tip and she said "you're very nice; it's not at all necessary". So easy to book and pay online and request a sign pick-up. I've never hired professionals to clean my windows before, but I'm happy to call these guys in from now on twice a year. Totally worth it; the windows look great.

I have had white shark clean my windows several times. This summer they also painted our window trim and garage doors. They were efficient and reasonably priced. I will call White Shark next time I need help with window cleaning and painting

I will not use this company again. I specifically asked in the online form and when speaking with a representative that I only needed one particular spot in the eaves cleaned which was clogging the downspout. They told me that as long as it was less than a half hour, I would only be charged $75. I've done the job myself in the past and it is literally a 5-10 minute job. I told them if they had time to do another particular area but was very clear I did not want them going over the 30 minute limit.
I got the bill and was charged $130+ tax for a total of 40 minutes of work and a brown bag that was less than 1/4 full. When I called, the company claimed they did not get that message - even though I was specific in my online form and when talking to the company. I said to speak with my wife if they had any questions. They claimed that because they didn't speak with her, they didn't know what to do despite being very clear. They did agree to only give me $30 off.
The crew clearly took just enough time to go over the 30 minute minimum and did almost nothing because I know my eaves were clean (with the exception of one clogged downspout).
I'm almost glad they didn't give me my full refund because now I can go on this site and encourage people to think twice about using this company. I'm also glad they left a sign and a garbage bag with their name on it. It gave me the opportunity to add my own message to their sign 'Don't use this company'.

I have been a long time customer of White Shark. I use them for Eaves, Window Cleaning and exterior painting. Last year White Shark painted my house and they did a fantastic job. This year they stained our brand new 700 sq. ft. deck and, again, I was extremely pleased with the result. Roger Singh planned all work around our schedules and he helped us choose our stain colour. The painters who did the work are long time employees of White Shark and they speak highly of the company which, for me, is a sign that White Shark is not only fair with their clients but they are also fair with their staff. I always get multiple quotes whenever there is a big job around the house and have also been impressed with White Shark bidding fairly and not gauging their clients, which so many contractors do. White Shark did an excellent job of painting the exterior of my house, including the stucco walls and high peak. They were very professional, from providing a quote to finishing the job. The painting was excellent and the quote was very reasonable. Roy and Jackie, thepainters exhibited attention to detail, cleaned up well every evening, and were courteous and hard-working. I highly recommend this firm. They also do a great job cleaning my windows every year.

My experience with White Shark was good. They cleaned the outside windows and the gutters for my house and did a good job. The workers were friendly and professional and went the extra mile by clipping back branches that were depositing leaves into the gutters. I needed them to come back for some windows that needed a re-do and they did so without hesitation twice. The second re-do, a manager named Derek came and he looked after it himself. Very friendly and professional. Did a great job. Will definitely use again.

l had my windows and eavesdrop clean on Tues they were here on time went right to work. One doing windows and one did the eavesdrop. Very fast clean work.
Both were very polite and friendly. Have used them for several yrs. very satisfied and will have them back again.
