Work was done well and efficiently, with good clean up by the 2-person crew. They took the time to discuss my particular concerns before they began. I have used this company several times (for eavestroughs only) and have been satisfied each time.

When I booked the job the office person was resistant to my trying to make it a time when I could be home, as this is not their practice. I felt there were some specifics that needed to be communicated to the crew directly, plus downspout access required unlocking and entering a storage shed for our bicycles, so someone had to provide the access. But the crew themselves were fine.
