Westwood Floors ***No Longer In Business**

Great service and lots of help with choice of colour. It took me lots of time to decide but they were never pushy. I was happy with the results and would go back again.

Would not recommend this company based on my bad personal experiences. Had nothing but problems with every product they sold us and installed, company won't stand behind defective materials. Tile with cracked grout lines everywhere, carpeting that didn't stand up to normal wear after only 2 yrs. They are not a BBB member and I wish I'd read the poor ratings before hiring them.

All other work for this project had to hold off until we installed the floor. We were having trouble making the decision on what floor, how much to spend, etc and really needed to move forward. We had a million questions and the girl there answered every single one. No pressure to buy. Great showroom. Sooooooooooooo much stuff in stock and solid pricing. We were able to jump our hurdle in under an hour and our kitchen floor looks great!

I made a visit to Westwood Floors to see what they had in stock that they could install quickly. We needed carpeting installed in a short window of time before out new tenants moved into the house. Candice showed us a few options and offered to come out and measure our rental home that same day while we were painting; she quickly put together a total bill and booked us with a two-man work crew for later that week. The men who put in the carpet did a fabulous job! I would and will recommend Westwood Floors to others.

When I purchased my first apartment, I was looking for somebody whom I could trust with laminate installation. My friends told me about Westwood Floors Ltd, and the wonderful experience they had when upgraded their floors. Exceptional service and amazing selection surpassed my expectations. I am glad that I have chosen that particular store to help me with my renovations.

FLOOR IN KITCHEN, STARTING TO RISE AFTER 18 MONTHS. WESTWOOD AND MOHAWK LAMINATE REP ARE BLAMING MY FRIDGE AND DISHWASER FOR A WATER PROBLEM.I HAVE HAD 2 INDIPENDENT COMPANYS AND A THIRD INSTALLER TELL ME, THAT UNDER THERE OPION IT IS THE INSTALLER AND THE PRODUCT THAT ARE THE PROBLEM.THE LAMINATE WAS INSTALLED TO TIGHT AND THERE FOR CAUSING IT TO LIFT.
SO, BEWARE WHEN DOING BUSSNESS WITH WESTWOOD FLOORING OF COQUITLAM BRITISH COLUMBIA.

I was directed to Westwood Floors by 2 friends that purchased there this past year. They felt that it would be worthwhile for me to travel from White Rock to Port Coquitlam to check it out. I was stunned by the array of high quality products offered and convinced by the friendly/professional sales staff that greeted me immediately upon my entering the store. What a refreshing change from the apathetic attitude I had encountered at 3 previous stores!! The selection process proved to be an easy one. My sales person visited my home and asked questions/measured the areas applicable and visited with my wife and myself. We narrowed down selections based upon our needs/practical requirements PLUS added the interior design consultation that was provided by the store at
NO CHARGE. Amazing ideas and friendly/comfortable dialogue. We received our products in a very short time and the installation process was flawless. Highly qualified installers and a friendly/no-rush attitude. They went over and above in the service department. Perhaps the previous review was done in haste and lacking the understanding of how complicated the actual process can be? Or perhaps he is of the 'ilk' that some people can never be pleased and make often make an occupation of being dissatisfied? All I can refer to is my own personal experience and that of 2 very discerning consumers (one who spent over 60,000 to create a SHOWSTOPPER with their flooring) who have proved beyond pleased..and we will continue to refer this store to friends/family and the internet savvy alike!

3500 dollars in carpets. Tacks sticking through the carpets throughout. Came by to fix, but left lots of the tacks still coming through. Customer service was non existent once we notified them of the problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
the origianl salesperson did not let management know that there was a problem. Once management knew about the problem, they reacted by replacing the carpet in once room. Tack strips on stairs are still a problem. Manager told us this is a problem with about 5% of this carpet. We would have appreciated being told this before we made our purchase. Salesperson just wanted to make sale. Did not respond to our complaints. As I say once the manager and office superviser were notified of this they were a little helpful. We still have problems with the stairs. We requested that the work be inspected once it was completed. Tghis has not been done 3 days later. If it get done I will let you know if we are satisified
