At the beginning of April we ordered two faucets and two shower heads. We were told that they would arrive in 2-4 weeks. After 5 weeks and no phone call I called the store and asked when our order would arrive. The lady, Karen, told me she would have to look into it and call me back. A week later I had not heard so I called back again. She told me that the order was delayed but should arrive in a week. A week later and I still had not heard back. I went into the store and spoke with the owner (who is VERY unprofessional) and he told me he would deliver the items on Monday morning directly to our workplace. This did not happen. I called again and Karen said she would call me back. On Tuesday I told them I wanted my money back and would find the product elsewhere. They promised once again that they would have it the next day. They still did not have the product. I found the product elsewhere and called to store to tell them I was on my way in to get a refund. Karen said to come in. Upon my arrival Karen told me she could not authorize a refund, she called the owner and he said he would be in the store in an hour. I said I would wait. After 1.5 hours he had still not shown up so I spoke to him on the phone and told him I was leaving and I wanted my money back. He said he would not give me my money back but he would deliver the items directly to my home and he would give me a 10% discount. He delivered 2 out of 4 items. I was told the other two items would arrive the next day - they did not. I finally received all of my prepaid items seven weeks after they were ordered. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone.
