My key ring was nicked, and Tom was a saint. He was prompt,efficient and empathetic. After he changed our house locks, he offered to break my bike lock, which I couldn't open because my last key was on that ring. He followed up a day later to arrange, came by and opened it and didn't charge me. He's a gem.

We recently moved into our home, and decided to get our doors re-keyed. Tom was very informative with all of our options from the initial conversation, and was very friendly and professional. He arrived at our home and quickly re-keyed the doors (front and garage) and was able to use the same key for both doors. He also even did a quick favour for us, and changed one of our bathroom doors. All in all, he was quick and a very nice person to deal with. I would highly recommend!

This is the 3rd time that we've contacted Tom to repair and replace locks in our home. As always, he is extremely reliable, professional, honest and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and strongly advise people to disregard the nasty and completely unfair comments made by Krista from Leslieville. I am a woman and Tom has never made me feel uncomfortable. I find him completely trustworthy, both professionally and as a person.

Tom arrived at my home to do a quote on repairing the locks on two doors. First he told me that my locks were crap. They're not. He tried to sell me his $400 locks in the van. I wasn't interested. We made an appointment for the next day at 10am for him to come back and fix both locks since I might have to do a run to Home Depot for parts. As I walk him to the door, he grabs one of my screwdrivers and starts working on my front door. Doesn't bother to ask if this is a good time to do the job, even though I just said to him that it was 4:30 and not a good time to start work that day, which is why we made the appointment for the following day. I am renovating my own home so I had other jobs I was in the middle of it, but Tom wouldn't do the work on his own. I had to sit there and listen to him go on and on. He was not invited to stay and do the work. It felt like an invasion of my privacy. When he finished the first door, I paid him the $100 he asked for the 15 minutes of work he did on my door and ushered him out as soon as I possibly could. As a single woman, I encourage other single women to not have this man in your home. His "advances" were not welcomed at all. Perhaps the company has better employees who understand that they're not allowed to barrel into people's home and not leave when asked to. It was very uncomfortable for me which is why I can't recommend this company at all.

Tom was very easy to work with and did a quick and prompt job of re-keying the locks to my new home. Setting the appointment was easy via email/telephone.

Arrived on-time (early actually!) and not only re-keyed but also gave maintenance advice and other advice on how to better secure the doors.

Highly recommended, I would definitely use again.

I moved into a new house and made a few calls around to locksmiths to get my locks changed. Tom from Victory Locks came right away to change my locks when I others still hadn't even called me back. He was very friendly and pleasant to deal with and made recommendations without being pushy or "sales-y". Locks are guaranteed with him for the entire length I live in my house which seems like a great deal and he gave me as many key copies as I wanted (and I wanted 6 which is a lot). Would recommend.

Our home needed the locks changed for 3 entry points and a bathroom door that wouldn't latch closed needed to be fixed. Tom came on a Saturday and replaced all the locks while we were moving into the house and had movers and other vendors running around. Tom made recommendations on what our safest options would be and did the job very quickly. Tom was very friendly and he is clearly customer service focused. An absolute pleasure to work with!

I called Victory Locks after seeing their rating and reading their reviews on HomeStars. My front door lock broke and I fully expected to have to buy a new one. Tom came to look at it early on a Saturday morning (as I requested), and managed to repair it, saving me quite a lot of money had I had to replace the lock and handset as I expected I would have to do. I found Tom to be honest, very prompt, and reasonably priced.,,,and he even gave me one of his tools that he apparently had multiples of! I have used other locksmiths before but from today onward I will only use Victory Locks.

I desperately needed my locks changed and sent a message at midnight. Victory Locks got back to me in the morning and fit me in. He was punctual, quick and gave me some great advice. He was also polite and a pleasure to work with.

Tom is a pro and did a great job for me - I would recommend him to anyone. He offers a safe, high quality solution at a great cost. What else could you want?
