Our basement door suddenly stopped working. The handle mechanism broke. Or something like that. We called Tom on a Sunday morning and he came by soon after. He was very easy and pleasant to deal and did a great job. Most excellent.

Tom came by to check out the locks on the house we bought. We wanted to unify the locks, create new security approaches and basically wanted him to show us what we weren't seeing by way of security. He was great. Came to do the job, was quick, efficient, and professional. This was my second time using his service, and again i was totally happy with him.

I contacted Tom to change the locks right after we took possession on our new home. He came on time, and helped me quickly decide exactly what to do based on the existing locks. The house had a range of different locks and doorknobs, in various conditions and requiring lots of different keys. We went with mostly new hardware, and an electronic lock on the basement apartment entrance to save on the cost of rekeying over time. Very pleased with the results!

I was locked out of my garage, wasn't sure if it was the lock or a door spring. In desperation I called Tom at Victory Locks came over right away on a Saturday and quickly figured out it was a spring problem not look. He even helped me pry the (now heavy, without the springs working) garage door open.

He was able to find another contractor to help me with the garage door problem as this was not a lock issue.

Tom is one of those rare business owners who recognizes the importance of treating his clients with kindness and respect instead of as walking wallets. I had to call him twice in two days for two different jobs and both times he arrived when he said he would (quickly!) and was friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Both times he left me feeling as if my day were brighter - and my lock and key problems were expertly fixed! I wouldn't hesitate to call him again when need be, nor would I hesitate in recommending him to anyone requiring locksmithing services.

I called Victory Locks and within 6 hours Tom was here to do the job. Tom is friendly and professional. He knows his stuff and charges reasonable prices for his excellent work. Highly recommended.

Recently I needed work done on a new residence and Tom changed the locks making it safe and secure and putting my mind at ease.
