Our basement door suddenly stopped working. The handle mechanism broke. Or something like that. We called Tom on a Sunday morning and he came by soon after. He was very easy and pleasant to deal and did a great job. Most excellent.

Five very professional cleaners each spent 8 hours detailing our 100 year old home. No dust, grime or stain was left behind!!! Our home looks fantastic. The sub-contracted window cleaner did an excellent job as well.

I wanted the kitchen and adjacent powder room painted. Other companies wouldn't take that small of a job. Warren and crew were responsive, communicative and did a great job in a short turn-over time. He came back to paint a bedroom a dark colour, whihc looks great. Warren even dealt with the paint supplier, who has sold me the wrong paint. Thanks!

The job was to paint over dark colours in the large kitchen, hallway and powder room where there had been some water damage. Very professional,fast response to inquiries. Warren took it upon himself to deal with the paint store that sold me the wrong paint! The finished rooms look terrific!

Dodd's looked at our broken door last year and recommended we replace it. We found someone else to repair it. That lasted a year. We called Dodd's back for the replacement. The process was simple and predictable. They did what they said they would, when they said they would and charged what they said they would. Easy and enjoyable service all around.

My furnace was making funny noises and working intermittently. I called Reliable on a Sunday night and they had someone out Monday morning. Our furnace is 30 years old and I assumed it would need replacing. The repairman checked it out and tightened a wire. He of course can't guarantee that it's definitely solved but he didn't want to do anything unnecessary. He didn't even charge for the service call. Great, friendly, informative service and not trying to push product. Someday soon I'll need a new furnace and Reliable will be the first people I call.

In a bit of a rush I backed into my garage door before it was up. I tried another company first and they said the door needed to be replaced at a cost of $800. Open Sesame fixed it rather quickly for less than a tenth of that. It looks a bit crooked but they did the best they could given what the damage was.

We had to have some wires moved and a tv that was mounted in one room, mounted into another. They were punctual, pleasant, found creative solutions to some problems, kept costs down by re-using wires and other stuff we had. They understood the aesthetics and minimized damage. They moved our old, massive tv out to the curb for us. Cleaned up after themselves. Excellent service at a fair price.
