Fireplaces review in Oshawa

ordered two tempered glass fire place doors, Sept 10. October 29 I received a call saying they were in. No one at Vern can tell me where the doors are. Really poor customer service.

Underpromised but overdelivered

Oshawa

Greeted by a lovely lady at reception I was pleased with the service and quality. Since going there, none of the thermal units have cracked. Quality is better than the cheaper versions we received from another supplier which cracked twice in one year. Will definitely be back.
