Appalling customer service at Beaches location

Was offered a trade in +$200 for a refurbished model that was retracted when I told him I'd think about it. I mentioned then that I wouldn't be returning. Response was Wow, then don't come back to my store again, for me to go and never come back. Appalling customer service.
