I extend my appreciation to the professional team of TouchWood. The guys were very nice and respectful. They made the move easy, smooth and hassle free. TouchWood provied great services with good price.

The service was fine, the employees were able to help me move my belongings to another location.

We asked Touchwood to move a treadmill from our son's house in Burlington, to our home in Hamilton.
They arrived a couple of minutes late for the pickup, but had the treadmill delivered and placed in our basement in under 5 minutes.
Impressive feat, and there's a tight turn at the top of the stairs.

A great job, and good price, we'd use them again.

Could not have been more pleased with the Move and customer service of TouchWood Movers! Everyone was helpful and friendly, from getting a quote, booking my move, even though they were already booked up, to being super patient and efficient on the move day. Any usual moving day hiccup was handle with ease, they made the move maybe one of the least stressful moves I've had.

The movers were very slow. It took them 5 hours to load the contents of a 2-BR condo apartment into the van, when they had exclusive use of the service elevator, and 9 hours altogether to move me one block away (their estimate was 4 hours total). The crew just didnt seem to be in a hurry. At least one of them (the driver, I was told) was more interested in his phone than in the moving job. He complimented me on my packing, so I dont think the condition of the contents to be moved caused extra time.
Besides their slow pace, the crew didnt follow instructions. They ignored the instructions of the building concierge, to not fill the hallway with furniture for example; they ignored standard This Side Up arrow labels on my packing boxes, moving and setting boxes down with orientations that shuffled the contents; and they ignored room destination labels on the boxes, setting possibly a quarter of labelled boxes down in the wrong room - this perhaps because that was where the top box was supposed to go (but not those underneath).
I had no problem with the final price (except for TouchWood billing my credit card without my approval of the amount). But I wasnt happy that the movers ruined everyones schedules at both ends of the move.

Wow! Incredible service, on time, professional, very flexible and easy to work with. All other companies need to take a lesson from this company. No hidden fees, no Tricks, just honesty and hard work.

Friendly and professional service. The movers were very efficient and very careful with all of our belongings, and always checked to make sure they were packing and moving the correct items. We barely lifted a finger.
