The Marble Clinic

Marble Clinic was very timely. I called one day they were out to my home on time the very next day. Our marble and granite counter tops were approx 12 years old and became marked and dull. After a couple hours of work the counter tops look terrific new.

He came on time, had all the necessary equipment, finished quickly and the repair is excellent. You can't do better than that.

I found Marble Clinic to be very professional, from getting the quote to cleaning the tiles. The men that came were fantastic and did a great job. They were clean and a pleasure to have in my home. I will definitely use Marble Clinic again in the future.

The men who were sent to polish the bathroom floor, the shower walls and granite counter did an excellent job. They were very accommodating, arriving on time and leaving the area cleaned up.

I hired Marble Clinic to clean and polish elevator tiles at a Retirement residence that is a customer of ours. From the very first call they were amazing to deal with. Professional, accommodating and very reasonably priced. They executed the job wonderfully. Marble Clinic is very prompt in responding to calls and consult. The workers came on schedule and worked well. The did a good job, however, when I called to get someone to fix issues that was not completed to my satisfaction, they weren't surprised - however, they brought out the technician and he did all the fixes I needed, and was also to able to adequately explain why some areas couldn't be done. (holes too small). I am a little disappointed not all the small holes were completed, but it was sufficient. The surface feels great, and the tiles do look great.

The workers were pleasant and did not leave any mess. There was a call back to redo some minor work, they were responsive and stood behind their work.
I got 3 quotes they were the lowest. I've had this type of work done before and as a landlord I've done my share of tile and grout work as well as hired others to do it. The marble bathroom tile refinishing was ok, no wow factor, previous technicians removed the toilet to work, this time they left it in place which was an obstruction to the best job. The work in the shower was acceptable but a call back to redo the silicone was required. Again they were responsive to complaint. While the price was fixed in writing there was a request for additional payment which I declined and they relented.
There seamed to be a cycle of me complaining, their an excuse, then they fixed it. Good people, maybe not their best performance.

Marble clinic sealed my new marble tile. The job went well, I can or say that they did something special though. The technician spent a lot of time cleaning the area and just a few moments on the actual sealing. What I found disappointing was the cost- I only had 180sqf of marble area and they charged me for 500sqf. They claimed that this was the minimum charge for sending a "crew". The crew so called was one man and a truck. I think this company should revise their pricing also to accommodate residential houses and not to call one man a crew.

We undertook a major renovation to our seasonal home near Midland and used a tile contractor from the 416 area who was recommended. We were very disappointed in that contractor's workmanship - staining of shower floors as one example- and the work was left unfinished and unusable. Marble Clinic stepped in and saved our project - they appeared at site right when they said they would, stayed through until the job was finished and did an absolutely fantastic job. Their technician did not leave until his work was completely finished and our quality outcome expectations were met. It was a pleasure to deal with Marble Clinic. I would recommend them in a flash.
