An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We have two shower stalls with a marble threshold or step. Domestic cleaner inappropriate for marble was applied to or spilled onto one of the marble thresholds and leached into the porous marble. Marble Clinic was recommended to us by a contractor we use. We were very pleased with the results. When I rang Marble Clinic, the firm sent the technician the next morning (prompt service). The technician arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job of removing the stains and polishing the marble threshold. The technician also replaced the clear seal around the frameless glass shower door and enclosure. Further, the technician was polite and informative and the clean-up was spotless.
